D'Arcy,

Take a good hard look at Tim's front cover, recognize the coin/medallion?

My deepest, heartfelt congratulations to Tim for completing this book. As you well know, it is a difficult process.

D'Arcy, Tank;

Many thanks, gentlemen! Your kind comments are very much appreciated. As you both know, this novel was written during a very difficult time in my life and carries a lot of significance to me because of that. It is gratifying for it to finally see the light of day.

Speaking of that cover:

Danny:

Hmmm! I presume you have your copywrite lawyers on the case?

Shhhh, our legal beagle minions are circling his place as we speak, don't say a word. Being Halloween night, they are disguised as ghouls, vampires, zombies and sharks, pretty ingenious disguises, who would ever suspect? :twisted:

Tank, D'Arcy;

I did in fact, see some short individuals who looked slightly suspicious. Yup, those legal-types are free-loaders, indeed!

:P

For those who don't fully know, here's a bit of background on the above cover: The general concept belongs to Mrs. Proc, who dreamed up the overall design, utilizing the original OITS medallion that was designed by Uncle Tanky and the late Robert Dunfield II. Robert's medallion design was based on a Spanish coin known as an escudo. The end result you see above was created by our niece Samantha, based on Lynne's idea and reverse-engineering Robert's medallion to make it look more like a 16th century coin and taking away the modern trappings around the edges.

As Paul Harvey might say, 'That's the rest of the story!'
