Oak Island Film Wanted!

Postby Jo on Thu Mar 04, 2004 2:12 pm

I am continually approached by television and film directors/researchers regarding their need for quality video footage for use within television programmes and films. For this reason I am collecting together a library of suitable film for this use. Royalties for any footage used (however basic) will be presented to the owners of any film shown.

So if you have any footage of the island, the excavations or even the treasure (lol) please drop me an email. :)

Jo,

Best of luck with that project. That will be a tough nut to crack.

Ashee,

There are some films about Oak Isand available for purchace now, one from A and E for around $20 (American) and another from Grizzly Adams productions. The latter may no longer be available, but check it out. Both are decent films and get the point and the story across really well.

Again, the latter, Grizzly Adams Production called Oak Island, Mysterious Treasure on Oak Island, Encounters with the Unexplained, has one of our posters featured in an interview, Bill Milstead. It also features treasure hunter Daniel Henskee.

If you speak German, there is one available in that language made back in the 90'.

The Grizzly Adams production is definitely still available, or at least it was last month - I ordered a copy directly from them. I personally prefer the A&E production, but that is just my opinion.

Tank,
Thanks! I have seen them both but that was a long time ago and they were GREAT, but unfortunately I do not understand German - english and some french but that won't help much.
